Jennie is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Credentialed Eating Disorder Dietitian who has built a successful practice in Brookvale supporting clients across the Northern Beaches of Sydney and througout Australia for more than 22 years. Nutrition consultations are offered via telehealth through a secure video link and new referrals are welcomed. Jennie enjoys working with individuals and families and has significant experience suppporting clients with Disordered Eating, Food Intolerance, Digestive Disease including IBS and IBD, the low FODMAP and RPAH low chemical diets, Diabetes, Heart Disease and Malnutrition.

With the emerging evidence of the benefits of  GLP-1 medication for metabolic health and weight management Jennie is supporting clients to ensure nutritional adequacy and create long term lifestyle changes.

As a Dietitian Jennie has expertise translating scientific information into personalised, practical advice. She enjoys seeing clients feel more empowered about their health and well-being; feel happier, more energised and getting the most out of life.

Over Jennie’s many years of practice she has developed a special interest in eating behaviour and our relationship with food. Utilising mindfulness and non-dieting approaches during coaching sessions Jennie has supported clients to be free from food rules, trust their intuition and have more enjoyment and freedom with eating. Putting food in perspective as not something to be feared, allows us all to live a healthy balanced and meaningful life.
